Hello

I have made a transaction inr 3000 on 2 nd of June the amount deducted from my account but not credited to mostbet.i did several followups with customer care but they do not provide me a proper resolution always copy and paste the same thing in chat box. Again today I made another transaction with the same amount but again it has deducted to my bank account but not added yet to my gaming account.i reach out to costomer care again but they are saying the same copy paste thing.

It's seems like they are doing some scamming business with the people and looting their money like this.i would like to state that please look into this matter and send my money back to my account.i do not want to make any relationship with this app.i will also share my feedback to social media platform.also raise a criminal case to cyber crime department regarding this types of Scamming .

I have attached all the relevant information with this email.

Hello the above issue is resolved.they credited the amount yesterday finally.thanks Askgamblers.after raising the complaint here they take it seriously.

Now I am writing this again I have deposited 5000 inr but the same issue is happened again they took my money from my bank but not deposited to my gaming account.i reach out to customer care but they are saying same copy paste thing.i request ask gambler to push mostbet regarding this so that it will add to my account soon
i have attached all the necessary documents
