After several bets my account was blocked and video verification was sent
Good day to all, after several bets my account was blocked and video verification was sent. I answered all the questions by mail and provided all the information, video verification was on 16.06.2025 I did not receive any answers.
I wrote myself and found out that my account was blocked without the possibility of recovery.
I did not violate any rules, as a result I have220 dollars in my account, ID number 237456376. I want my money back.
I even made the telegram video call, where the agent clearly told me my account would be reactivated the next day.
