Hello, I have registered in mostbet casino a long time ago. I created my account did verification so my account is fully completed. I rested it for few weeks and then when I had a mood i deposited my money to my account and placed two bets. I placed it in evening everything was fine so I went to sleep. In the morning when I checked my phone I got message, that my account has been frozen and my bets have been canceled. My money was in the account but I wasnt able to withdraw them. So I wrote them mail and they set me some meeting that was scheduled two months later. I was bit dissapointed but I agreed because I had no other option I asked them for some better date so I can be sure that I will be able to participate but they didnt care. So I managed to get to my appointment at the date that they set everything went fine and they said that everything is good and I should be able to have full access to my account again shortly.
The days went by and I still didnt have my account unfreezed, so I sent them mail again. They answered that they have 60 days or more to submit my call. So I waited 2 more months. Now it is more then 2 months and I tried to log into my account to check if something changed. But when I tried to log in, I wasnt able to. I thought i forgot my password or something, but when I clicked on ,,I forgot my password,, and typed my mail it said that it is not possible to change password to this account. So I wrote again to support and obviously no answer.
