I placed withdrawals of 20000 INR and 10000 INR to different bank accounts on 14/09/2023 and till today 30/09/2023 I have not received withdrawal in any of my bank accounts from both. One was IDFC bank and one was requested in my Kotak Mahindra Bank. I tried contacting mostbet support team regarding the same but they did not help just answered that you will receive your withdrawal delayed due to payment provider issues. In my mostbet account withdrawal status is successful and after N number of times making complaint I received an email from mostbet containing mobile clicked photos of phonepay transaction on my both UPI I'd and saying we have transferred amount please contact with bank. I contacted both bank and provided phonepay screenshot to them and both my banks denied that such payment has not received to your account and UTR number also not valid and no record is available in my bank statement. Same I have updated to mostbet but no response from their end. Bank asked me to check with the sender for reversal or raise dispute with sender's bank. I am now totally frustrated with the mostbet please help me.

Thank you for the opportunity to provide the results of this case. We received information that the funds were returned to the player's balance on 12.05.2024. After that, on 13.05.2024 the player made a successful withdrawal. Dear SACHUNARKE, please confirm that the complaint has been resolved.
