My mostbet player id is: < player id removed >

I placed withdrawals of 20000 INR and 10000 INR to different bank accounts on 14/09/2023 and till today 30/09/2023 I have not received withdrawal in any of my bank accounts from both. One was IDFC bank and one was requested in my Kotak Mahindra Bank. I tried contacting mostbet support team regarding the same but they did not help just answered that you will receive your withdrawal delayed due to payment provider issues. In my mostbet account withdrawal status is successful and after N number of times making complaint I received an email from mostbet containing mobile clicked photos of phonepay transaction on my both UPI I'd and saying we have transferred amount please contact with bank. I contacted both bank and provided phonepay screenshot to them and both my banks denied that such payment has not received to your account and UTR number also not valid and no record is available in my bank statement. Same I have updated to mostbet but no response from their end. Bank asked me to check with the sender for reversal or raise dispute with sender's bank. I am now totally frustrated with the mostbet please help me.

Hereby attaching response received by my Bank on the UTR number provided by mostbet team. Bank clearly told me that no such UTR reflecting in their end. Same response given by Kotak Mahindra Bank also. It will be fair if one transaction with my one bank might fail but with with both banks and only for mostbet transaction.

Kindly help me in this situation as I don't have any other UTR evidence as it's not available in my bank statement also. I already provided bank statement and the email received from my bank containing UTR details not available at their end. How can I provide another evidence then? Mostbet should provide us the evidence of UTR from their bank (ICICI BANK) or else check detailed UTR investigation if in case of refund.

I already shared screenshot of bank communication for specific UTR kindly read carefully. For other UTR, kotak Mahindra Bank do not provide such information on email we spoke on call. Why don't the simply logic you can't understand if I have received that transaction then it would have been reflected in my bank statement.

Dear Askgambler Team, this is how the scam casino playing with the players funds. If you can help from your end please help otherwise I giveup. But I will sure post this incident and detailed video on this scam scenario on every social media platform. People should avoid using mostbet and it should be banned in India and I will take care of this.

I am continuously taking followup of my withdrawal since last 7 months but still no response and resolution received from Mostbet Casino. I have visited both the banks and shown UTR provided to me by mostbet but both banks confirmed that no such incoming transaction with this UTR found. Please reach out to sender party as it might have failed/returned to sender. I request you Aksgambler team, please help me in this matter. For every month, i am reaching mostbet customer support but they are just giving me reply that we have resubmitted your withdrawal request to finance department and you will receive a update on this soon. After that support team hangs up the chat forcefully and i left with no email no response from Mostbet. Yesterday also same happened with me and previously as well.

I gave a try to browse internet for such complaints to verify most bet trust score, and i found thousands of similar withdrawal complaints in different websites where every second complaint is about withdrawal. All the users are facing same issue that withdrawal shows successful but amount never credit in receivers bank account. After contacting support, same reply and same fake payment screenshots are provided by mostbet to all users and asked for bank official letters to confirm withdrawal not received. In this case hardly any bank provides such letter that mostbet know very well. I think this is the trick of mostbet to scam with the people. As i can see it operates under curraco gaming license, if mostbet still failed to resolve issue i have to raise the dispute with license authority. Please share your opinion askgambler team. My last conversation experience with the mostbet was horrible that they denied to accept my player id and told it not right player id where i had shared screenshot of player id from mostbet app itself. THIS IS THE NEXT LEVEL SCAM. I am sharing some snaps from internet where you can check other player complaints and it might help to viewers of this post.
