Two days ago, I won €5500 and submitted a withdrawal request. Unfortunately, after 48 hours, the transaction failed, and shortly after that, my account was temporarily frozen without any clear explanation.
Before the account was frozen, I had already submitted all required verification documents (ID, address proof, selfie) to help speed up the withdrawal process. Still, I have received no support or resolution.
I also contacted your Telegram support several times, but the answers were vague and not helpful.
My entire balance is now locked in the account, and I urgently request a proper review and resolution. I trusted your platform to be reliable and fair — please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

UPDATE : I have already submitted all of the requested documents to idmostbet.com — including full screenshots of my Revolut e-wallet, my account details, transaction history, and official account confirmation from Revolut. I also explained that I do not own a physical card, and all my deposits were made using my digital wallet.
Despite providing everything that was asked — and receiving a message from Mostbet saying they would schedule a video call via Microsoft Teams — I have not received any appointment or further instructions regarding the video verification process.
I have been waiting patiently for over 24 hours, and I am starting to get very concerned because my account holds over €5,500, some of which is borrowed money that I need to repay urgently. I have cooperated in good faith and responded quickly to every request, yet the process has stalled completely from Mostbet's side.
This situation is causing serious stress and financial difficulty. I am kindly asking Mostbet to schedule the video verification immediately and help resolve this matter without further delay. I trusted this platform with my funds and now I am simply asking for a fair and timely resolution.
