Hello. I have been waiting for 10 days for my withdrawals to be processed. With a processing time of three days. Please contact their withdrawal processing department so that they can do their job faster. This is not normal what they are doing. I have requested three withdrawals of 500 euros each. Delayed payment for too long

Hello Midarion & AskGamblers,

The reason I'm complaining today is because my withdrawals still havent been processed after 6 business days. This kind of delay isnt mentioned anywhere and doesn’t seem normal. My account doesn’t require any verification either, so im a bit unsure on whats causing this.

I have also contacted support with live chat, but the experience hasn’t been good. The replies feel very generic and repetitive, and it doesn’t seem like anyone is actually looking into the issue or helping move things forward.

I would appreciate some assistance and help in my case and the acceleration of my withdrawal process, thanks!

Witdraw not paid and account locked

Dear Askgamblers

I have found that 500€ withdrawal submitted 14th January have not been paid. Also 16th January I found login to my Midarion account have denied because of "account review". 19th January I have contacted them to explain this situation via email but only response I have got from them is they have received my request. I hope you can help me get my funds and account back.
