Good morning,

I easily deposited €50 and won €350 which I can't withdraw! I have sent all the necessary documents and they have been approved but still the withdrawal is not available. When I try to cash out I get the error "Oops, withdrawal option is not available! Activate your account to enable withdrawals! Check your email for the activation link we've sent! Click on the link and cash out!"


Non-existent customer support, no live chat and no one responds to the many emails sent.

To answer your concern, your account isn't confirmed yet based on the withdrawal option not being available for you on the cashout page. Even if all documents are accepted and approved, the player must confirm the account before requesting the withdrawal.
Once you're signed up, you should have got a confirmation email to which you should click a "confirm" button. Please check your mailbox, both inbox and spam/junk folder, and see if the confirmation email was sent.
