I have made a 800 dollar withdrawal and was confirmed March 18, 2020. Then I get an email that there processor has rejected my bank account number and funds returned to my account. Tried to withdrawal on the card I use also rejected. They already paid me a withdrawal on Dec 15th 2019 with the same bank numbers. My account is verified. I have emails from them if I need to forward any. They have not offered any other withdraw methods. I don't understand why they would reject my bank account number when they already used it.

Apologies for the delay in my reply.
We processed your withdrawal to the bank details that were on your account, sadly those details were incorrect so the payment didn't reach your account.
I believe you have since updated your bank details, however we had to wait until we received the funds back to our bank before we could process the withdrawal again.
Apologies for any inconvenience here but rest assured that your payment has been processed and we have not passed on the return payment fee that we were charged so there will be no deductions also.
If you haven't received the fee in the next 3-5 days please feel free to contact us.
