I have tried half a dozen times to get a withdrawl from this site and sent 10 emails in the process. My account and documents have all been verified and approved and I have accepted NO bonuses yet each time I try withdraw it gets automatically cancelled by the site and I get told it’s due to a “technical issue” and that if I try again it will go through. This has been ongoing for nearly 2 weeks and they have done nothing, not even offered me and alternative method and as it stands they are withholding £1000 of my money and have to grounds to do so as per their own terms & Conditions. I have several screen shots to prove all of this as well as the email thread. I feel they are purposely cancelling my withdrawal in the hope that I gamble all my winnings away. I have tried and tried to get this fixed, asked them to escalate as a matter of urgency but got absolutely nowhere, they are still sitting with £1000 of my money.

Your withdrawal was processed, but as you hold a MasterCard that does not allow withdrawals you withdrawal has not gone through.
We have processed your withdrawal to your bank account on the 11th of April and you will receive the funds today the 13th or latest Monday.
We are sorry for this delay, but we cannot do anything when a bank declines the withdrawal to a bank card, other than provide for an alternative solution.

Your money has never been at risk with us.

We apologise once again for the inconvenience caused and thank you for playing with us!
