Hi. It's the same issue I have with sugar casino. It's in the same casino group. On 15.01.2024 I got my withdrawal from Locowin Casino. The withdrawal was done with ethereum. But instead of 32.52 I just got 18.51€ They support started an investigation but they can't give me any information and they say I have to wait. Please help.

We have checked the issue with our relevant department, the issue why the amount is low because of the withdrawal fee which is related to the blockchain network. The fee is high due to the fluctuation at the time the order is placed.

We suggest you to use the different method in the future in order to avoid the withdrawal fees from your provider end.

That's not true. You can check on the screenshot that the transaction fee was 5.89$ for my withdrawal.
