I am reaching out to request your assistance in resolving an issue with Locowin Casino, as I have experienced an unjustified delay in receiving a withdrawal I requested on 01/03/2025.

My account at Locowin has been verified since 28/02/2025, and I have fully complied with all the requirements outlined in their terms and conditions. According to their policy, withdrawals should be approved within 48 hours and then sent to the bank account according to the selected payment method. However, as of today (05/03/2025), more than four days have passed without receiving the funds or any notification regarding the status of the withdrawal.

I have checked my account, and there have been no updates or official communication explaining the delay in the transaction. Additionally, Locowin Casino has not informed me of any potential issues affecting the processing of my withdrawal.

Given that their policy states that players will be notified if a withdrawal takes more than 10 days and considering that several days have already passed without a response, I believe this situation requires intervention to ensure fair treatment.

I would greatly appreciate your help in reaching out to Locowin Casino to obtain a satisfactory resolution. I am looking forward to your guidance and any further information you may need.

However, I am still awaiting a response regarding my withdrawal request, which was made on 01/03/2025. Locowin Casino has informed me that they are conducting “additional checks,” but I have not received any specific updates or a timeline for when the withdrawal will be processed. Unfortunately, my attempts to reach them by email have gone unanswered.

This ongoing delay is beginning to affect me financially. I was relying on this withdrawal to recover some of my losses, and the lack of communication from the casino is causing unnecessary stress.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could assist in following up with Locowin Casino to obtain more clarity on the situation and encourage them to provide a resolution. I hope we can resolve this matter soon.

Thank you again for your assistance. However, this situation is not improving, and I still have not received a firm response from Locowin Casino regarding my withdrawal requests.

I requested my withdrawals on 01/03/2025, and despite my account being fully verified, I have been waiting for over 8 days with no concrete update. Each time I contact support, I receive the same automated response about “additional checks,” but no clear explanation or timeframe.

Here are the details of my pending withdrawals:

• ID: 12478610 – €5,000
• ID: 12526209 – €1,000
• ID: 12526215 – €1,000
• ID: 12526221 – €500

This delay is negatively affecting me both financially and in terms of wasted time. I have made multiple attempts to get answers, but I am only met with vague replies.

I would appreciate it if AskGamblers could escalate this complaint and press Locowin Casino for a proper response.

First of all, thank you very much for your response, I am attaching a screenshot where you confirmed that my account has been verified since 02/28/2025.

On the other hand, I have been waiting since 03/01/2025 to receive the withdrawals as you can see in the screenshot.

Please be informed that I already have the money in my account and the withdrawals processed. Thank you very much for your efforts.

I have made 3 new withdrawals as of today 12/03/2025 of my remaining earnings I hope they do not take as long as these (12 days). If not I will contact you again.

In any case the complaint can be withdrawn since I have received the money. This would not have been possible without you.
