Hello,

I won 4000 nok at locowin casino. I made a withdrawal, and then they told that I had played a slot that was on their list of illegal games to play with bonus money. I know with 100% certainty that I have not done this, as I check all the slots I play against their "banned" list before I play them. I have asked them if they can give me information about which slot this is and the date/time.

But they haven't given me that. Have asked on chat and email.

Looking for help with this problem as I know I haven't done anything wrong here.

Hello, I got my money returned today after repeated emails that this must be a mistake as I have not played on any slots that are "banned" I have now made another withdrawal, and want the complaint to be active until it is processed and transferred .

Hello, Thanks for reply. I made one withdrawal yesterday which was canceled again. I have now made another withdrawal, and am waiting for this to be confirmed.

It is now 48 hours since I made one last withdrawal after the first 3 withdrawals were cancelled. The withdrawal has still not been processed.

Thanks for reply.

I have tried to carry out 6 withdrawals with you without it working. The last withdrawal that is pending now was made 3 days ago. As their own Terms state that all withdrawals must be processed within 3 days and I have been trying to get my money out since 19/03 over 6 withdrawals, I thought that this should be prioritized and processed faster.
