Hi, I have 1088,25 euros in Lapilanders Casino. I requested a withdrawal over a week ago.

The first casino said that they approved the withdrawal in a few days but now my withdrawal is still pending and the casino says that they "do not have any additional information to share at this moment.".

I have done everything right, KYC, rollover, etc. There is no reason to keep my money.

I have asked it from support and they said that it should work soon but there is still same problem. It worked a while and I did new withdraw 588,00 €. The first (500,00 €) is ok but I will wait the second one (588,00 €).

Okay, thank you for response. But I think it would be fair if you would fix your website and at least would pay my open withdraw. Both of these have taken toi much time.
