Hi. I have 1200€ pending for multiple weeks. First two accepted withdrawals equaling 550€ came with a delay but still came. Now for 2-3 weeks no withdrawals have been accepted. Also they said something on the lines that you are not allowed to have multiple withdrawals at the same time even though they accepted the first two withdrawals that were simultaneous. Also their software allowed this which is their fault and nowhere this is informed which I think is a made up thing.

Everytime we have asked to speed up, the response has been that we will hand it forward to some different department. Well nothing has happened. Also when we asked to cancel the withdrawal the same department did in a matter of few seconds. Very fast acting when the money is going their way.

They also said that sometimes it takes over 48h due to safety reasons but all my documents have been accepted so I was just wondering what is up eith this delay that is really frustrating.

One of the early withdrawals (I think the second one) was cancelled by Lapilanders because they wanted extra documents which were accepted then after I sent them. Then the rest of them were told by us to be cancelled and that happened in a matter of minutes. There is still 600+€ on the account which I haven’t dared to withdraw.

I would like to add that we had previously tried to withdraw 1150€ but they weren’t moving anywhere so we asked the lice chat to cancel them. That happened in a matter of minutes. You can see from the dates that this issue has been going for close to a month.

Little update. All my money is now gone, and reason is that i my max bet were over the limit. Yes i confirm that, but as your site says, “will not count and we hold right to VOID such bets and forfeit WINNINGS from them.”

It clearly says that all bets that doesn’t meet requirements, gets void and you forfeit winnings. Yes that’s fine and I understand that.

Here is thing that I don’t understand. All my money that I have won in casino slots, AFTER I wagered my bonus in correct way, we’re deleted. All my money that I got without bonus got deleted.

If all bets gets void that’s over 100€ max bet, as they should by your own rules, I should have about 1600€ sitting in my account right now. And I mean all bets that over 100€, not just the ones that I won, also those what I lost, because those are over 100€ too and it’s same rule…

And yes, if all over 100€ bets goes void, I never got 0€, or gone under “what I really can bet”. I’ve been in profit whole time so didn’t get any edge about those bets that were over 100€ and hit, so that’s invalid reason for casino to keep my money.

Picture from my first bet, that were I won 188€. I deposited 100€ so I got balance 200€. Second bet should be void, so after that, my balance should be 288 and that goes on. Never went to 0€, and played thru wager correctly by placing under 100€ bets.

And to continue and clarify that text, I should have about 1600€ in my account after those over 100€ bets get void, like your own bonus rules says.

As you have been informed, following a review of your activity we detected multiple bets during the wagering of the Sports Welcome bonus that exceeded the maximum allowed amount according to the bonus Terms:

6. The maximum bet amount a player can place when having an Active Sports Bonus is equal to the deposit amount. Should a player deposit more than the required amount to trigger the maximum bonus, the maximum bet amount a player can place equals the amount that triggers the maximum bonus. For example, for a Sports Bonus of 100% up to €100, if the player: a) deposits €50, the maximum bet amount is also €50, and b) deposits €150, the maximum bet amount is €100.

For everyone's convenience, we have attached a screenshot with examples of such bets (titled Maxbets, for reference the Sports Welcome bonus was credited on 02-01-2024 13:58:13 and released on 13-01-2024 18:24:47).

Due to the multiple max bets that you placed, your subsequent activity (that resulted from the bonus winnings you received in breach of the Max bet term) has been deemed void, hence we removed the available balance of your account.

Kindly note that your initial deposit of 100.00€ that activated the bonus remains available to your account (in addition to the 550.00 of withdrawals that have already been paid out).
