I made a withdrawal on the 19th of May 2021 and have still not received my money and on my transaction log it just pending. I have passed all the verification. Keep going to chat to ask them and I always get told my claim will be escalated.
I have even told at 3 different times of the day that the department they need to speak to is closed.
They advertise quick withdrawals this is not quick 15 days and its for over £2000
