Made a withdrawal of 6100 Euros on March 7. Have provided all documents (which were requested one by one or nw ones). Was assured withdrawal would be processed shortly. Been online with agents several times and being repeatedly told that they will escalate the issue but nothing has happened. Kassu is withholding my funds for no reason and I am getting extremely frustrated. Please help me.

Finally! I can confirm that I have received the funds today. While I do understand that there are checks that need to be done, it is still a real shame that one has to complain so much before things start moving forward. Thanks for processing my request.
