I started withdrawing 6 August 2022 and it got rejected. Tried withdrawing again on 14 August 2022 but was still rejected. I tried withdrawing until 15 August 2022 several times but was still rejected. I contacted the live support but it’s not helping at all giving me the same reason that I need to put correct data. I put the correct data and have been using the same data in withdrawing before and I don’t have any issues. I tried withdrawing again on the 16th of August but still pending as of this writing 19th August. Contacted live support and they tell me to wait because they have a lot of backlog. I tried withdrawing again today but still pending.

I’m starting to doubt regarding this platform and it’s getting me frustrated. I just need to withdraw my money. I have not experienced this before. I usually withdraw and get in hours.

I contacted your support for several occasions after i lodged this complaint but told me to just wait. I just need a specific timeline on when can i get my money. I made more withdrawals and not just this P39,000. The total amount of my withdrawal is P99,000.

Please give me a concrete answer why i can withdraw with no issues before and now it took me weeks? I need also a timeline when will you credit my money in my bank account. Or is there a way i can withdraw faster i’ll be happy to try.

We looked deeper into the reason for withdrawal failures and has already forwarded it to the payment provider a few days ago, their team has confirmed that there is a problem on their side and a fix will take some time.

Sadly, at the moment we do not have an alternative payment system that supports the currency you are playing with. Soon we should receive a response from the provider, so in case you create a withdrawal request, it will be reviewed out of turn. Eventually, if there is no fix today or tomorrow, we will also write to you by mail.

Maybe we can try other mode of withdrawals? I have binance, usd or aud accounts. We can just convert the amount to the equivalent in other currency. I need to get the money.
