I won 600 on December 21st. As it was taking so long I ended up reversing 300. I still have not received my funds. I have chatted multiple times with online agents with no success. I keep being told the same thing "I do see that your withdrawal is still currently in the review phase" I have for supervisor or manager only to get reply they are the only point of contact.
