I won 2000 euros in the beginning of december on ivi casino. After I requested a withdrawal I was asked to pass the verification process. I sent all of the required documents and my account was succesfully verified which can be seen on the screenshots of my e-mails with ivi casino`s support, which I attached to the current complaint. They said I should not worry and wait for the payment. It is almost the end of the month and I have not received any funds. I am constantly asking their support about the withdrawal but they keep repeating "We will withdraw your funds soon" or "We have technical difficulties" etc. I sincerely ask AskGambler`s team to help me to resolve this issue. Thank you in advance!
