I made three deposits to Golden Panda casino, first one on 31st of December and two more 2nd of January. They told me that these were declined on their side and they will bounced back to my bank account. Well they haven't and and it's been ovet two weeks. I have contacted them many times and provided bank statements three times, they just ask me to wait. Im exhausted with this, it is my money and it has left from my bank account.

Hi! You can see it from The receipts. There is one 46,25e deposit on 31st of December and two 52,5e deposits on 2nd of January. So all together 152,25e

Hi there,

We can confirm that there are no pending refunds from our side. The deposits in question were unsuccessful due to the transactions not being completed within the required time frame. In such cases, the funds are automatically returned by the user’s bank, as we do not have access to adjust these transactions.
