Rejecting and delaying my withdrawals

I have now tried multiple times to make withdrawals from GGbet

First withdrawal got rejected due to more verification needed, so I had to wait 22 hours to get the new verification approved.

The second time I tried to do a withdrawal, it got rejected due to the casino couldn't payout the amount (40.000 NOK) on one payout. It took 30 hours before it got declined. They said the maximum amount I can request on each withdrawal is 10.000 NOK, but I can do this as many times as I want..

The third time, I waited for 72 hours before the withdrawals got denied. The reason was that I didn't have funds, but I have!

In any casino, it should be as easy to get withdrawals as it is to deposit money, but here it isn't.

Now I have tried yet again, after a week of trying to get my withdrawals. To hope to actually get those withdrawals.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.

Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.

And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I would like to clarify that I did not actively cancel my withdrawal requests. I initiated multiple withdrawal attempts after significant winnings, but the GG.BET system allowed those funds to remain playable during the pending processing time — which was unusually long (weeks waiting) — instead of locking the balance as per responsible gambling and license obligations. There was also other rejections after waiting multiple days, due to I had to verify more documents.. the period of requested withdrawals was over 3 weeks..

As a result, and in the absence of timely processing or protective system design, I ended up losing the funds through continued gameplay. I attempted to act responsibly by initiating withdrawals and eventually restricting my own account access due to gambling harm, but unfortunately, the platform did not support my efforts with sufficient safeguards.

This situation has left me with no recovered funds, and I wish to emphasize that my losses were not a result of voluntary cancellation, but rather a failure of withdrawal protection on GG.BET's part.

I appreciate your continued neutrality and review of the case based on both sides’ responsibilities — including the operator's duty under MGA and EU consumer regulations to process withdrawals promptly and support responsible gambling measures.

I did also ask GG.Bet multiple times to lock my withdrawal, or remove the requested amount of my gambling account, due to the regulations by MGA, but they did not follow up on this.

I must respectfully point out that the core concerns I’ve raised remain unaddressed. GG.BET continues to focus on general statements rather than providing accountability regarding specific breaches of regulatory obligations and responsible gambling standards.

Aswell, there is no available options for self excluding on gg.bet. one has to send mail, wait multiple days before they answer and then describe why you has to self exclude with full information.

Additionally, it is important to highlight that GG.BET does not offer an immediate or automated self-exclusion option.
Instead, users are required to send an email, wait several days for a response, and provide a detailed justification for why they wish to self-exclude. This process places an unnecessary burden on players, particularly those experiencing signs of gambling harm, and falls short of industry best practices and regulatory expectations concerning responsible gambling tools. Please read MGA obligations article 8-10.

I sincerely urge the AskGamblers team to consider not just the form of GG.BET’s responses, but the substance. I have made clear, detailed, and verifiable claims about system flaws and regulatory failures. GG.BET has yet to acknowledge or correct these — and their continued unwillingness to address them directly only confirms my concerns.

Ich möchte euch meine Situtation schildern mit Video beweisen ( Video beweise für Admins ) und Screenshot beweisen ,
Ich habe eine FreiWette von 5€ bekommen die Bonusbediengungen waren 5€ zu einem Spiel deren Wahl zu einer Quote von 1,75 umzusetzten , dies habe ich auch gemacht siehe Screenshots . Ich habe von den 5€ Freiwette 5,75€ gewonnen bei einer quote von 2,12 ,
5€ x 2,12 = 10,75 € , die 5€ bonus wurden direkt abgebucht da ich Gewonnen hatte und ich hatte 5,75€ Echtgeldguthaben . Mit 5,75€ Echtgeldguthaben habe ich eine Wette mit einer Quote von 40 gewonnen und habe dadurch 235€ erziehlt . Dieses wurde mir aber nicht als Echtgeldguthaben gerechnet sondern es wurde in den Bonusguthaben umgewandelt . Nun war ich im Support ab jetzt alles mit Videobeweis (für Admins) Ich habe im Support mit Olaf gesprochen er hat mir gesagt das ich um den Bonus zu erhalten nochmals eine Wette von 5,75€ zu einer Quote von 1,75 umsetzten müsste (was mir schon komisch vorkam) dies habe ich auch gemacht . Ich habe von den 235€ Guthaben eine Wette von 5,75€ gesetzt zu einer Quote von 1,75 und habe wieder gewonnen . Nun wurden mir 15€ guthaben zugeschrieben und 235€ waren weg (Im Video alles zu sehen) und mir wurde gesagt sie haben 15€ maximal gewinnen können . Ich habe 3 Scheine hintereinander gewonnen mein Guthaben war auf 235€ , und mit dem letzten schein wo mir Olaf gesagt hat ich soll noch 5,75€ umsetzten habe ich 15€ gewonnen dies wurde mir dann berechnet , aber mir wurden mein eigentliches Geld was nicht im Bonus war abgezogen und mir wurde gesagt das dies die Bonusbedingungen wären , Obwohl im Bild und in den Videos zu erkennen ist das der Bonus schein schon gewonnen war und nix mit dem anderen schein zu tun hat . Ich möchte hier darauf hinweißen das es sich um Betrug handelt und das Starke Konsequenzen mitsich ziehen wird . Da hier einfach Geld entfernt wird . Ich bitte sie um Hilfe bevor ich zum Amtsgericht muss da ich leider die Kosten erstmal nicht tragen kann . Aber die Stadt (Amtgericht) mir sicherlich weiter helfen würde da ich Videobeweise habe wie Geld von meinem Konto weggebucht wird.
