i had requested a withdraw on 30 october for 9000 euro from fruitycasa, after continuous follow up on email and chat they reversed the withdraw on 7th november without any intimation and they are still not giving any reason as to why they are not processing my withdraw and continuously saying that its under review, due to this issue i lost almost 400 euro due to betting with them (the money which i had requested for withdraw).
I have requested a new withdraw and request you to please assist in getting the payment.
