Hello..
So i gave them time now im tierd of waiting so going to make a complein.
So i made an accaount and got the 150% and i read the terms and played out the big wager that they had and managed to win some(1500e). After that i started to do my verification process and they only do it thru mail so i sent evrything they asked for 13th oct.
After a week i wanted to see why nothing was happening i go to their live support on the site and started talking. When i give them my account information they are saying that i dont even have an account on their site even tho i am logged into the account as we were talking.
So now i gave them 10days and tierd of waiting for a process that takes 1day for other casinos. I got printscreens of my account and my withdrawal if its needed..
Hope to get some answers :)

After reviewing your account I can see you were emailed on the 19th with a request for documents, and again yesterday with a follow up regarding the document you supplied. If you can please refer to your emails and follow the process we have to adhere to in order to verify your account then that would be much appreciated.

All players must complete verification before withdrawals are processed.

Yes it took you 9 days to reply a simple mail :) the first 2 times i sent my ID i had my birth dates correct and now after everything is correct in my documents you people say that my birth dates dont match my passport and the ones on the your site and especilly when you cant see your own birt dates on ur site for some reason...i guess so you people can use that as an excuse to not give people their own money ? Do i need to wait another 9days for an email answer again for some proff or ?

We have many winners each day and we have no issues in playing them,

However to do this we need you to comply to the requests in the email. I cannot go in to account specifics on a public forum.

Whats funny is that you respond to a complein in 10min but verifications mail takes days..and you guys wont give me proff of me "writing" wrong birth date on the site you just want me to expalin something thats not true..because when you register you have to type in ur birth date so i dont know how its possible to write the wrong one...
