Hi.

I requested a withdrawal from Flappy Casino on Monday.

The withdrawals are supposed to be pending for 24 hours yet it's now Thursday and my withdrawal is still pending. I have been verified previously and I have withdrawn from the casino a couple of times before with absolutely no problems and without delay.

I have repeatedly inquired about my withdrawal but they keep saying that once my withdrawal is processed they will email me. I've been given no timeline for resolution and I've been given no reason why the delay has occurred.

What's also puzzling is that this is a cryptocurrency withdrawal and not a bank withdrawal for example so I'd expect things to move smoothly.

Given all these factors I really don't understand why this is taking so long and why the relevant people have refused to give me any concrete answers as to why there is a delay. I really really like this casino and I didn't want to complain, but given the delay in processing my withdrawal, I felt that I had little choice.

Hi. My sincere apologies. Firstly the money that was in dispute was €200. Here's what happene: the payment was made less than an hour after
I wrote this complaint. The complaint was still pending and had not been published when the payment was made, so I emailed askgamblers saying that the complaint should either be cancelled or classified as solved. Attached is a screenshot showing this. I assumed that that would be the end of the issue and I failed to notice the emails showing that the complaint had been opened and was ongoing. Please close this complaint or classify it as solved. To be clear: at the time in which I SUBMITTED the complaint the withdrawal was still pending however the withdrawal was processed before the complaint was PUBLISHED. Thus all in all I don't think that this is an unjustified complaint given the timing at hand. It was just a matter of the issue bring resolved before the complaint was published on the website.
