Dear Askgamblers,
i already play for a very long time with energycasino! Sometimes i experienced some issieu's , but there customer support keeps getting worser and worser, i experienced several times that my reload bonus of 50% has not been added directly on deposit, they added this manually, several weeks i claimed my reload bonus without issue's, but this time i my bonus has not been added directly, send over several email's to them, livechat was several times not available to reach, and now they keep telling me i did not accept it, for me it's a big lie because i know exactly how it work's since i play there for over 3 years, i do not accept this and want them to add it my 10 euro missing bonus! since there customer support, is very bad these times.

hello djordje, well this can be an endless conversation, since i took bonus and it appeared and dissapeared directly, but oke i leave it with this, since it take lot of energy from me :)
askgamblers, complaint is solved.
