Dear all,

I have the same issue with dexter like some other members in the last weeks/months (e.g. https:­//w­ww.a­sk­gam­ble­rs.c­om­/ca­sin­o-c­omp­lai­nts­/de­xte­rbe­t-c­asi­no-­dex­ter­bet­-is­-no­t-r­esp­ond­ing­-to­-wi­thd­raw­al-­req­uests)

I have played couple of weeks on Dexterbet casino both live casino games and sports betting, now I have around 2700eur (real money, no bonus) on my account and tried to withdraw the first 1000 one week ago (2024-02-07 18:05:05).

I have uploaded verification documents the same day, but since then the withdrawal request is just pending, although it is said that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

I wrote some emails to the contact address, but never got an answer. I would like to know if my verification documents are ok, no answer.

I have a 1000EUR withdrawal pending and another 1721,69 on my account, which I actually want to withdraw as well. But there is just no reaction from dexter side and I don't understand why noone is answering. Neither in the chat, nor by mail.

Could you please help here?
