Long story short. Saw the advert on the web about a 100% deposit bonus through the wager system. Deposited some money with my card. Completed wagering system. As it is asked when you withdraw > 200 euros you need to verify your profile.

I understand that verification can take up to 3 days or longer. I sent all the info in the profile, even sent via email to [email protected], wrote to suppor­t@d­ext­erb­et.com, and got zero answers, to questions that were not even about verification silence too,

I asked was all good but got no reply, yesterday contacted support and he just said "Will be checked today" and got no answer afterwards. Even before writing this complaint tried to reach support via chat. Nobody answered and even looked at it ;)

Here is a made payment and my asked withdrawal.Since that time all message I received(In live support chat) was that I need to verify my profile.When I sended whole info(Bank statements with address/My passport info/bank card that I used to top up) nobody contacted me at all.Still being ignored even in email.
