Hi there.

I hope you are well.

Dexterbet has been withholding withdrawal since the 23rd of February.

My account has been fully verified. And I have had numerous withdrawals from them previously.

I have followed this up with them multiple times by email, but I have not received a reply. I have attached a screenshot showing my attempts at contact, along with another showing the pending withdrawals.

I also made a formal complaint yesterday but I have not yet had a response, or indeed my withdrawal.

The total amount of the withdrawals is €3759.77.

€1000 was sent to me and gratefully received, but nothing since, leaving €2759.77 outstanding, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Any help you could give would be much appreciated and please don't hesitate to ask if you need anything more from me.
