Hello Askgamblers

I have a withdrawal of 600 CAD from 27th Feb. not been processed yet.

My documents were sent the same day, and support and KYC do not reply to my messages, not either my emails.

The chat window disappeared, look at it yourself.

I have my screenshots and a confirmation mail, a screenshot of my withdrawal, and my balance.

I sent them emails to reply to my issue, but no answer until this moment.

Hi AskGamblers, the issue has been resolved yesterday and Dexter bet casino paid the delayed amount, ar they said they had technical errors and were fixed. Thanks AskGamblers for all your efforts to solve my issue..you did a great job.

Fuehrt Auszahlung nicht durch

Ich habe am 07. Mai eine Auszahlung bei Dexterbet beantragt. Seitdem wurde diese nicht bearbeitet. Auf Rückfragen hieß es im Live Chat, dass ich eine Email hierzu erhalte. Bis dato kam diese allerdings nicht an.

Nach mehrmaligen Nachfragen wurde ich vom Live Chat ignoriert und auch per Email erhalte ich keine Antwort auf meine zahlreichen Emails. Ich verstehe ja, dass eine Auszahlung länger wie geplant dauern kann, allerdings erwarte ich dann wenigstens eine Rückmeldung.

In diesem Fall werde ich vom Live Chat bewusst blockiert sobald ich meinen Benutzername nenne und nach meiner Auszahlung frage. Alle belanglosen Fragen werden beantwortet sobald ich meinen Benutzername nenne bekomme ich keine Antwort oder der Chat endet abrupt.

Ich komme hier leider nicht weiter und bitte um Hilfe.

Gewinn wird momentan nicht weiter ausgezahlt

Liebes Askgambler Team,
ich hatte Glück und konnte 38.730 € von Dexterbet zur Auszahlung bringen.
Ich bin vollständig verifiziert und habe ohne Bonus gespielt.
Dexterbet hat bereits 5070 € ausgezahlt. Es bleiben also noch 33.600 € zur Auszahlung übrig.
Die letzte Zahlung ging am 5. April 2024 ein. Am 6. April 2024 erhielt ich eine E-Mail vom Support. Dort wurde mir zu meinem Gewinn gratuliert und erklärt, dass die Auszahlung gemäß den Geschäftsbedingungen von Dexterbet erfolgen würde. In den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen ist eine Auszahlung von 3.000 € pro Tag, 7.000 € pro Woche und 20.000 € pro Monat vorgesehen.
Leider reagiert der Dexterbet-Support nicht mehr und es werden derzeit keine weiteren Auszahlungen vorgenommen.

Ich möchte Sie nun um Ihre Unterstützung bitten.
Ich reiche Belege ein.
Ich helfe gerne dabei, eine Lösung zu finden und komme dem Casino entgegen.
Ich verzichte auf 8.660 € und bin mit der Zahlung der restlichen 25.000 € einverstanden.
Ich kann nicht erklären, warum es Probleme mit dem Auszahlungsprozess gibt, da Dexterbet vernünftig erscheint und mehrer große Provider im Angebot hat.

Ich hoffe, dass dieses Problem gelöst werden kann und danke Ihnen für die Unterstützung.

Verification and withdrawal not possible

Long story short. Saw the advert on the web about a 100% deposit bonus through the wager system. Deposited some money with my card. Completed wagering system. As it is asked when you withdraw > 200 euros you need to verify your profile.

I understand that verification can take up to 3 days or longer. I sent all the info in the profile, even sent via email to [email protected], wrote to [email protected], and got zero answers, to questions that were not even about verification silence too,

I asked was all good but got no reply, yesterday contacted support and he just said "Will be checked today" and got no answer afterwards. Even before writing this complaint tried to reach support via chat. Nobody answered and even looked at it ;)

Deposit not credited to account

Hi there.

I hope you are well.

On 12.04.2024 I made a $213.95 deposit to Dexterbet, but it has still not been added to my account, and still shows as pending. I've attached screenshots showing the pending the transaction and the transaction from my wallet.

I have emailed them on a number of occasions, screenshot attached, but I have not had anything back.
I also tried on Live Chat, but no response once again.

Any help you could provide would be much appreciated.
If you need anything other from me, please don't hesitate to ask.

Dexterbet Withholding Payment since February 23rd

Hi there.

I hope you are well.

Dexterbet has been withholding withdrawal since the 23rd of February.

My account has been fully verified. And I have had numerous withdrawals from them previously.

I have followed this up with them multiple times by email, but I have not received a reply. I have attached a screenshot showing my attempts at contact, along with another showing the pending withdrawals.

I also made a formal complaint yesterday but I have not yet had a response, or indeed my withdrawal.

The total amount of the withdrawals is €3759.77.

€1000 was sent to me and gratefully received, but nothing since, leaving €2759.77 outstanding, as shown in the attached screenshot.

Any help you could give would be much appreciated and please don't hesitate to ask if you need anything more from me.

Not responding to withdrawal requests for a week already

Dear all,

I have the same issue with dexter like some other members in the last weeks/months (e.g. https://www.askgamblers.com/casino-complaints/dexterbet-casino-dexterbet-is-not-responding-to-withdrawal-requests)

I have played couple of weeks on Dexterbet casino both live casino games and sports betting, now I have around 2700eur (real money, no bonus) on my account and tried to withdraw the first 1000 one week ago (2024-02-07 18:05:05).

I have uploaded verification documents the same day, but since then the withdrawal request is just pending, although it is said that withdrawals are processed within 24 hours.

I wrote some emails to the contact address, but never got an answer. I would like to know if my verification documents are ok, no answer.

I have a 1000EUR withdrawal pending and another 1721,69 on my account, which I actually want to withdraw as well. But there is just no reaction from dexter side and I don't understand why noone is answering. Neither in the chat, nor by mail.

Could you please help here?
