I have a withdrawal of 600 CAD from 27th Feb. not been processed yet.
My documents were sent the same day, and support and KYC do not reply to my messages, not either my emails.
The chat window disappeared, look at it yourself.
I have my screenshots and a confirmation mail, a screenshot of my withdrawal, and my balance.
I sent them emails to reply to my issue, but no answer until this moment.
