you think that i just make this stuff up! the first contact to live support happened they said it was because it had yet to receive confirmations which happened long after way before using up the winnings from the first deposit. why would they say it was because no confirmations if it was already to account. why don't you check the reason the balance went up because is says in the bet log that it was because of winnings on the monkey slot. The money i played for 50 minutes with was from the winnings on the slot not the deposit. I'm surprised you don't keep more detailed records, or more likely, that you do but didn't examine them!
