Omni - Deliberately provided wrong information to make me deposit

(please read what they did first before deleting my post), as im not braking "askgamblers" rules) I know its a little long
I dont understand why did I waste hours on this and possibly 4 more days for withdrawal while OMNI representatives deceive, lie and stone-wall people after cheating them in to making deposits under wrong pretenses?

I have been playing at OMNI for a good amount of months now. One day they offer me a promotion and after making a deposit, i didnt get my bonus. I contacted the support team and was told that my account was blocked from getting future bonuses, and that it will be reviewed. Some short time later ( i can provide dates if necessary) i get an email with a VIP offer Just For Me:

So. Just to make sure that the issue is resolved i contact the support team member who assured me that im non eligible for this particular offer but rather a better one for today ( %200 on my next deposit....) i took it as the Casino have had reviewed my account and made the right decision to continue to have me as their client. But no! as soon as I made a deposit, and didnt get my bonus, the same support member told me that i was blocked from getting bonuses still. here is a record of our second part of the conversation i had saved just in case (im missing the first conversation as i was ignored for very long time and thought the connection dropped):

Player176047: hello, i got an email with the code VIP100. can you please tell me if i still qualify for the offer, as well as for today's regular offer on my deposit? thanks
Amieca: the two bonuses cannot be combined and the VIP100 offer is for FLY users which you have already redeemed

Player176047: ok ill try, but i did get an email for the omni casino... i can forward it to you if it makes a difference

Player176047: ok, I did ask you if i qualify for the offer! you told me i did for today's offer. after i made a deposit you telling me othewise. What is this? The reason i asked you is because i was told that my account will be reviewed last time i contacted the support. then I got an email:

Player176047: basically offering me another bonus, hence im eligible. after being concerned I came to ask you... and you offered me the todays promotion.

Player176047: not my fault that after asking you earlier i was assured all is good

Player176047: i specifically asked you if i still qualify numerous times to which you had assured me that i did

Player176047: why was it when i asked you if i qualify, you didnt tell me that my account was still blocked from getting bonuses untill i had made a deposit?
Amieca: I was in the process of checking your account when you stated that you had already made the bonus, you were aware of the bonus block and you did not receive any form of confirmation that the block was lifted. The promo emails are sent out in mass so even if you are blocked once your email address is in the subscription list you will automatically receive them
Amieca: For future reference until you receive confirmation that the block is lifted your account will be eligible for any bonuses
Player176047: i did... i received an email and you told me that i can use todays promotion. I spent more than an hour being ignored by you, so i took it as reality to take your initial word that im good for todays promotion at least...
Amieca: even I wanted to issue the bonus I am not able to do so as that decision has to come from management
Amieca: unfortunately I am not able to assist you further with this

what kind of a customer service is that?

The issue was resolved by casino offer to return my deposits (at which point I already had won a small amount on my last deposit and had a pending withdrawal) or to credit me the 2 last bonuses on my two last deposits. The later was done...
Thank you askgamblers for a facility to help players again to resolve issues.
