I am reaching out to AskGamblers regarding CrownPlay Casino due to a payment not received after 13 days of waiting. I requested a withdrawal of 500 euros on March 10, 2025. According to their terms and conditions, payments are supposed to be processed within 3 business days, but my withdrawal has still not been completed. I have contacted customer support several times, and the only response I’ve received is that I need to wait longer. I have adhered to all the casino’s conditions and have not received any clear explanation for this delay.
