I withdrew an amount of 460 euros on 03/08/2024. I waited 11 days and then they refused the withdrawal. I do not know why they told me that it was an error in my banking provider, knowing that (I contacted the bank and... They said that there is nothing wrong with my account) and now I have made another withdrawal in the amount of 500 euros, but I have not received anything and they are not answering me.
