Hello, I am a new client.

I have Crownplay Casino.

I withdrew an amount of 460 euros on 03/08/2024. I waited 11 days and then they refused the withdrawal. I do not know why they told me that it was an error in my banking provider, knowing that (I contacted the bank and... They said that there is nothing wrong with my account) and now I have made another withdrawal in the amount of 500 euros, but I have not received anything and they are not answering me.

I hope you can help me get my rights.

I made a withdrawal on 03/08/2024 worth 460 euros. I waited 11 days and they refused the withdrawal. They said that I had a problem with the bank’s providers (although I spoke with my bank and they said there was nothing wrong) and I made another withdrawal on 11/08. /2024, worth 500 euros, but unfortunately I contact them and they copy the same conversation every day, and now I have been waiting for a long time.
