Crownplay blocked access to my account and requested documents for verification.

I have sent Crownplay all the documents they have requested.

The final one was sent to them 8 days ago, and I still haven't heard a peep back.

When I contact support, they say it will be resolved quickly, but I see no signs of that.

I have several thousand euros that it looks like they are trying to get out of paying me.

Dear All,

We would like to thank the forum team for reopening this case. We would like to inform all parties that the account in question did not pass the verification procedure.

As per our Terms and Conditions, section 3.9: "We reserve the right to deny opening of an account or close an existing account without prior notice or justification."

The account was permanently closed in line with this clause, and the remaining balance was fully paid out on the day the closure took place.

We would like to kindly reiterate our previous statement. As per our Terms and Conditions, section 3.9:

In line with this clause, the account in question was permanently closed, and the full remaining winnings were paid out on the same day.

As the cited Terms clearly state, we are not obliged to provide further justification or supporting evidence for the closure. Our actions were fully compliant with our Terms and Conditions, and the case has been handled accordingly.
