Failed limits with withdrawal delay and slow communication
On April 30th I set a session limit to 1 hour at my account at Crazeplay. A day later I realized that this limit did not work. The system allowed for unlimited playtime. I messaged to report the problem and they froze my account to check it.
It has now been 2 weeks. No communication has taken place from Crazeplay about a solution to this, my account is still frozen for review. On top of this Crazeplay instead of addressing their own problems with limits have demanded full Source of Wealth, which I have complied with. They have still not verified this even thou the second batch of documents have been sent 7 working days ago. It took them 4 working days only to reply they demanded everything in PDF-form. They also demanded an account statement to a number they claimed was an IBAN which was the wrong number which really takes a toll on my trust towards them especially since they keep demanding documents of a sensitive nature only to stay silent on the matter. Instead of addressing the bug in their limits they seem hellbent on finding fault with me.
A sum of 7000 eur of requested withdrawals is being held, aswell as my account balance that is under dispute (this sum was originally 1000 eur).
So far in two weeks the only communication after me contacting them have been to wait, this is at best alot of poor communication and sloppy mistakes on behalf of Crazeplay and instead of solving this they seem to hoping to make it so hard for me that they don't need to fix anything and keep refusing to pay me. I hope to recieve help with this matter since I am getting nowhere on my own here!
