Holding my withdrawals and slowing the KYC for months

So 1 year ago I won 7000 euros on crazeplay. Then the bad dream started. They wanted all kinds of different documents, so I sent them right away, after that I didn’t get 1 single reply in over 3-4 months, and I started to give up. I sent all the documents asked, then they wanted more documents, I am a VIP manager, but my vip manager does not even exist after my winnings, so it’s not possible to send e-mails here. But I fought and I fixed every single document they wanted, and last week it got approved. So now my account is fully verified. I withdrew 3500 euros in 2 separate withdraws 2500 and 1000.

I asked after 1 day how it was going, and the reply was 48 hours. I asked after 40 hours, and the answer was 48 hours. When 48 hours passed, they said that there is no timeline and I will be notified when it’s been approved. In a few hours, it’s 96 hours of waiting. And they say that I just have to wait and be patient. How is this even possible? Every single thing is verified, I’d, address, bank accounts, KYC, source of wealth. What should I do now? Since they try to come up with every single possible excuse that is. I just want my withdrawals. And they were won with straight raw cash. No bonuses no rewards no free spins, just a deposit and winnings.

It is a mystery to me that crazeplay is even allowed to continue to have a license since I’m not the first one they are doing this to. They just try to slow the withdrawals every single time, I’m tired, angry and feeling scammed.

Crazeplay Casino Auszahlungsprobleme 2500 EURO

Sehr geehrtes Askgamblers-Team,

ich kontaktiere euch, weil sich meine Auszahlung im Crazeplay Casino verzögert. Es geht um 2 Auszahlungsanträge in Höhe von 2500€ gesamt (1x 2000€ und 1x 500€). Das Casino wirbt mit einer Auszahlungsdauer vom 48 Stunden. Jetzt sind wir bereits im 5 Tag und ich der Status der Auszahlung ist unverändert. Das Casino vertröstet mich ständig indem es angibt, dass sich die Auszahlung bei der zuständigen Abteilung befindet und ich kontaktiert werde sobald die Auszahlung durchgeführt wird. Eine konkrete Dauer kann oder will niemand nennen. Man teilte mir mit, dass sich die Auszahlung verzögern kann sobald Dokumente erforderlich sind. Aber angefordert wurde von mir nichts.

Der Verifizierungsprozess ist bereits erfolgreich abgeschlossen und auch das wurde mir per Mail bestätigt. Auch argumentiert wurde, dass die zuständige Abteilung die Spielhistorie prüfen müsse. Das würde aus meiner Sicht nur dann Sinn ergeben, wenn ich einen Bonus verwendet hätte. Das habe ich jedoch nicht getan. Ich spiele grundsätzlich ohne Boni!

Da die Auszahlung als "pending" angeführt wird, ist sie theoretisch noch stornierbar. Das werde ich aber nicht machen.

Ich möchte einfach, dass das Casino meinen Gewinn auszahlt. Leider komme ich weder im Chat per Mail weiter und bitte um eure Mithilfe.

Seit 2 Wochen warte ich auf eine Auszahlung

Ich habe am 09.07.2024 1.000€ im Casino eingezahlt ohne Anspruch von Bonus etc. Habe 1600€ gewonnen und wollte es mir auszahlen. Habe eine Auszahlungsanfrage beantragt mit derselben Methode wie eingezahlt worden ist. Mein Konto ist vollständig verifiziert und das wurde mir auch im Chat bestätigt. Seit nun über 2 Wochen warte ich auf eine Rückmeldung vom Casino. Immerwieder heißt es, dass meine Anfrage bereits an die zuständige Abteilung weitergeleitet ist, aber ich bekomme keine Rückmeldung. Erst hieß es, dass meine Einzahlungen geprüft werden müssen. Und nun nach 2 Wochen bekomme ich gar keine Reaktion mehr. Es heisst immer wieder: bitte warten Sie, Ihre Angelegenheit wurde weitergeleitet. Anbei Screenshots vom
Chat mit dem Datum jeweils. Die Antworten sind immer dieselben. Ich weiß echt nicht mehr weiter und hoffe, dass die Auszahlung erfolgt.

Auszahlung von 2,000€ wurde noch nicht bearbeitet

Hallo. Ich habe am 12.04.2023 eine Auszahlung in Höhe von 2000€ beantragt. In den Geschäftsbedingungen steht das Auszahlungsanfragen innerhalb 48h bearbeitet werden doch mittlerweile ist der dritte Tag vergangen an dem ich auf meine Auszahlung warte.
Aus Anfragen beim Support wurde ich gestern vertröstet das meine Anfrage bald bearbeitet wird. Heute habe ich wieder nachgefragt und mir wurde wieder das selbe gesagt.

Account nicht aktualisiert, zuerst Level 8, dann doch Level 2

Hallo zusammen mir ist vor Monaten schon aufgefallen das mein Level nicht mehr steigt keinerlei Erfahrungspunkte kommen dazu einige mal habe ich den Support kontaktiert jedes mal wurde mir versichert sie würden daran arbeiten aber sie würden in ihrem System mein wirkliches Level und Fortschritt sehen nun bin ich vip Spieler und habe erneute vipAngebote per Email erhalten da ist mir erstmal alles bewusst geworden.

Der Support am Vormittag bestätigte mir ich bin vip Spieler Level 8 sie würden das im System sehen habe das VIPAbzeichen alles nur mein Account stehen geblieben bei Anfang Level 2. Am abend sagte der Support mir ich wäre kein VIP und mein Account sei richtig obwohl ich seit Monaten versuche da was zu erreichen mehrere tausend Euro umgesetzt eingezahlt usw. Also habe Verluste gemacht dadurch das mein cashback Prozentsatz nicht aktualisiert wurde. Habe keinerlei Stufen Aufstiegs Geschenke erhalten, noch Treuecoins erhalten.

Man kann so einiges in den Bildern sehen und verstehen.

Wartende Auszahlung. Bestätigung erfolgt nicht, obwohl verifiziert

Die ersten beiden Auszahlungen vor 2 Wochen haben problemlos geklappt. Dann wollte das Casino einige Dokumente zur Verifizierung. Hab ich hochgeladen. Alleine diese Überprüfung hat schon 4T age gedauert. Bin ich von anderen Casinos nicht gewohnt. Nach der Verifizierung hab ich nun 3 Auszahlungen mit insgesamt 5000,- offen. Es heißt auf der Seite von Crazplay das eine Bearbeitung innerhalb von 48h erfolgt. Ist leider nicht der Fall. Ich warte nun schon seit 3 Tagen nur auf die Bestätigung der Auszahlungen.

Im Chat wird man vertröstet und dann geht der Mitarbeiter einfach aus dem Chat raus ohne das mein Anliegen geklärt ist. Definitiv nicht kundenfreundlich.

Heute wollte ich mich einloggen um den Stand der Auszahlungen zu schauen, aber ich komme gar nicht mehr auf die Seite des Casinos. Es steht man soll später wieder kommen, ab der Seite wird gearbeitet.

Ich finde es ein Unding, dass die ihre Spieler solange warten lassen. Vorallem verleitet die Warterei dazu den Auszahlungsbetrag zu stornieren. In anderen Casinos war die Auszahlung nach 3h bearbeitet.

Ich fühle mich momentan ziemlich unwohl im Bezug auf das Casino. Hab relativ viel eingezahlt und war froh bisschen was gewonnen zu haben und jetzt sowas....

Vielleicht könnt ihr mir ja helfen.

CrazePlay - Crazeplay bonus nicht gutgeschrieben

habe eine email erhalten von crazeplay das ich freispiele für danceparty erhalten habe woraufhin ich mich auch kurze zeit später eingeloggt habe. in den nachrichten wurde mir der bonus angezeigt und der button jetzt spielen als ich drauf klickte wurde ich zur deposit seite weitergeleitet. Ich schreibe den support an der mir sagt leer die cache probier ein andern browser und wenn das nicht geht sollte der bonus spätestens in 2 stunden gutgeschrieben sein.soweit so gut 2 stunden später immernoch nichts also schreibe ich nochmal den support an der mir dann sagt der bonus wäre abgelaufen obwohl ich ihn ja erst kurz vorher erhalten hatte nachdem ich ihm sagte was der andere support mitarbeiter schrieb meinte er technische probleme. nach einer weile wo er gar nichts mehr schrieb meinte er dann der casino manager würde sich vielleicht für einen bonus entscheiden also fragte ich wie das gemeint ist mir wurde eine email geschickt das ich diese freispiele bekommen würde und aufeinma hieß es das es nicht sicher wär ob ich ihn überhaupt noch bekomme. auf meine anfrage dem manager eine persöhnliche email zukommen zu lassen meinte er das wäre nicht möglich und beendete den chat. ich schrieb dann eine email an das casino mit screenshot der mail wohlgemerkt nachdem ich sie erhalten hatte max 2 stunden später hatte ich mich eingeloggt unmöglich das der bonus in der zeit abgelaufen wäre wie der mitarbeiter erst meinte. zudem meinte der erste mitarbeiter ja auch das der bonus in spätestens 2 stunden sichtbar wäre.jedenfalls eine antwort hab ich auf meine email auch nicht bekommen ich möchte die freispiele die mir zugesichert wurden erhalten ich hoffe ihr könnt mir helfen. zudem muss ich sagen der 2. mitarbeiter war überalle maßen unhöflich.

Hello, I recently registered on the Crazeplay website.

My profile was fully verified. I deposited $150 without using any bonuses and won $3,250 playing Live Roulette from Pragmatic. My two payouts of $2,000 and $1,250 disappeared from my statistics, and they refunded my $150 deposit, support telling me that I played a prohibited game with a bonus! I didn’t play with any bonuses and didn’t wagered anything to be voided, and as you see my cash balance was 3250$ on real balance, as you can see in the screenshot. Please help me figure this out and return my rightful winnings.

I email and email them asking for my money and i get the same reply that my request has been forwarded to the relevant department and they will let me know when they get an answer. This is the same email everytime i get and to now no change or update from the Casino.

Very Slow Withdrawal Process

I am reaching out to seek assistance and advice regarding an ongoing situation with CrazePlay Casino. On September 24, 2023, I won €4000 and requested a withdrawal, divided into two transactions - one for €1500 and another for €2500, on the same day. It is important to note that I did not avail of any bonuses from the casino. The casino informed me that I needed to undergo a KYC verification process, which I promptly completed in full. Despite the verification process having been completed for over a week now, my withdrawal is still marked as "pending" and I have received no clarity from the casino on when my withdrawal will be processed.

Throughout my interactions with the casino's customer support, I have been given inconsistent information regarding the verification of my account. My chat logs clearly show that at first, I was told that my account had been verified and my withdrawal was awaiting a review process. However, later on, I was informed that my account was not verified yet. These inconsistent responses have caused further confusion and delay in processing my withdrawal request.

I have documented all interactions and have saved all email communications and chat logs between myself and the casino. I have been informed multiple times that my case has been forwarded to the relevant department for review, yet no further information or updates have been provided despite repeated inquiries from my end.

The casino's terms and conditions stipulate that withdrawals should be approved or denied within 2 days. It has now been significantly longer than that with no resolution or explanation from the casino. I feel I have been patient and cooperative throughout the entire process, and have provided all necessary information and documentation as requested by the casino.

I am now seeking help and advice through AskGamblers in hopes of resolving this situation in a fair and transparent manner. I am more than willing to provide any documentation and evidence that may be required to support my case.

inexplicably cancelling already delayed withdrawals

I made 3 withdrawals on the 30 November. See attached image. My account was fully verified 30 November, see attached file. Including ID, proof of address and documentation from the bank stating my Source of wealth.

At that time I also received information that my withdrawal request was gonna be processed within 2 full days after verification. Now its 5 December and when I log in I see that they have cancelled my withdraw of totally 5 000 EUR. I haven't cancelled, they have, after more than 5 days.

Their terms and conditions state:

4.9. The time for the withdrawal to be finalized may vary due to circumstances but a withdrawal attempt should be approved or denied within 2 days. A player shall be informed about reasons for any delay if the time for the money to arrive at the players account exceeds 10 days.

I don't get any reason why its cancelled when I speak to live chat members on site. They just tell me to make new withdraw and wait at least 2 days more.

It seems like it's impossible to withdraw money from this site. So frustrated.
