I have been waiting now for my funds from Net Bet for nearly 2 weeks, I have provided documentation which is attached, firstly the withdrawal took over 3 days to be processed, secondly I was sent an email asking for proof of identity, which also explained the fact I can still gamble on the site, even though I am being to prove who I am, so I am allowed to gamble with my winnings but not take them. Getting any response from them is impossible and taking way longer than needed. As usual they are okay to take deposits. I have been sent the email attatched today being told if we require any more documentation we will contact you? No time frame or anything, even though I was told what I sent will be fine.

I can see we've emailed you to request the following documents in order to validate your withdrawal: a proof of identity and a utility bill.
We received the proof of identity on 05.06.2017, however, the utility bill you sent us was not valid as it didn't indicate the issuing date (which is requested by our payment agent), we only received a valid utility bill on 08.05.2017 and your withdrawal was validated the following day and you have already received the funds.
Please note this verification process has to be done by any legitimate gambling website when requesting your first withdrawal. By requesting those documents, NetBet is only abiding by the law.
