Dear Sir/Madam,
It’s been since yesterday that I have registered to comeon and made my first deposit with a 200% bonus that appeared as soon as i hit the deposit button, i have deposited 100$ and it showed that i must recieve 300$, the deposit showed as not successful but the money was withdrawn from my bank account amd never got deposited in my comeon account!!
I have contacted the casino support three times so far and they keep sending me automated replies without any solution.
Each email I send they gove me a new refference number for my complaint. Below are all three references for same subject.

After almost a week time since I made my first ever deposit at COMEON CASINO on Dec 8 and never received it till today I have recieved an apology email and recieved my deposit only today Dec 14th, that’s 7 days for a single deposit transaction. Even though at first after I posted my complaint here on askgamblers, the casino support team eventually replied to me saying they haven’t recieved any amount from my bank!
I can say COMEON casinos support services are very poor in quality and customer services. I have permenantly closed my account with them today.
Thank you askgamblers.com for the support you provide to online players, I believe without filing a complaint here, probably COMEON casinos support team would’ve never replied to my emails at all!
Issue resolved, I hope COMEON casinos management would take this issue seriously and improve the quality of their customer support services! A simple deposit transaction should never be this big of an issue and similar cases I believe should be resolved in more timely manners.
