I recently opened a account at Betchain casino. After making my first deposit I played a bit and managed to win. Then requesting a withdrawal I got asked for a selfie holding my ID. I don't understand why they request my ID after playing in bitcoin. I mean what is the point of cryptocurrency then? Reluctantly I uploaded it and after several hours my account were disabled. When asking Support why he only replied "Sorry I can't tell you anything". Then I asked if I would get my deposit back and he simply said "Sorry you cannot". Please Askgamblers help me get my money from them. I have played hours to build my funds up and all for nothing they are even keeping my deposit.

Hi,
I am sorry for your frustration, however, you have 3 duplicate accounts here at BetChain.
All of your accounts received a no deposit bonus from an affiliate which is not Askgamblers.com.
This violates our Terms and Conditions.
Having said this, we will return your 11 EUR deposit.
Please do not open another duplicate account with us.

Could you perhaps send the proof of these duplicate accounts to Askgamblers.com support staff and how will I get refunded my deposit as my account is disabled and cant withdraw or anything?

I did register via Bitcoinchaser and received 5 mBTC no deposit bonus but I lost it and because I wanted to play Netent games I created EUR currency in my account with which I made my deposit with as well.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of BetChain Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had opened more than one account. Player by these actions violated general casino term #1.10

"1.10 Each player can create only one user account. Creating multiple user accounts by a player can lead to termination of all the accounts.
The player should not provide access to his user account or allow using the website by any third party including, but not limited to, minors.
The website can only be used for personal purposes and shall not be used for gaining any type of commercial profit.."

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant licensing authority responsible for BetChain Casino.
