Won a Jackpot of 490000£ a little over 4 weeks ago on Casumo.

The same day had phone calls from them congratulating me and saying there was nothing to worry about just a few more documents to send and get fully verified which I happily did on the first day and got verified.

Then went on to withdraw 5000£ got approved and the money was in my account the next hour.

Was super excited.

Then a few days later went on to withdraw another 20000£ but it kept saying processing for days.

After countless conversations through email and live chat asking what is happening, I keep getting ignored or getting the same answer that nothing else is needed from me and money will reach my account very very soon.

It has now been 4weeks and it's still processing for no reason whatsoever!

I just want answers why?

Hi

Just got an email saying everything has been approved and money is on my way

One thing is a bit suspicious that they've made a withdrawal of the whole amount without my consent.

They are saying that it will take couple of days to reach my bank account.

2 days passed and I am still waiting
