Withdrawal held up

I have been waiting for well over 2 weeks to get my withdrawal processed at Casino Joy. My account is fully verified. They aren't responding to my emails and have said on live chat there's a backlog of emails and can't reply to them? They have also said on live chat there payments teams are too busy and there's been too many winners to payout/winners and delayed payments out to members. There customer service is awful and just use any excuse on live chat to avoid paying out and actually delayed paying me out for any valid reason. All I wish for is my £815 withdrawal to be processed immediately. The delays and excuses have me deeply concerned that they won't payout the money I'm due. This is completely unacceptable and suspicious behavior from casino joy who have a UK license.

Understanding your frustration, please let us point out that as a regulated casino we are obliged to carry out all the necessary verification checks on our players. Unfortunately, due to times of high level of player contacts, these can sometimes take a bit longer than anticipated, and we would like to apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

In the meantime, we have been in contact with the relevant department and can confirm that your withdrawal has been released from our end yesterday, 15/06/2021. You should be receiving the funds in the following 24-48 hours.
