Withdraw delayed and account verified
Prior to playing at Casino Joy, I sent ID documents and address verification which are approved. After 1st deposit I sent payment method documents, I was asked for further documents which I provided Bank Screenshot.
I then received a phone call from Casino Joy and went through security and answer all questions .on the 26/4 I received an email to say My Account is now fully verified. However when I asked when my withdrawal will be processed live chat stated it is still under review when I said I received an email to say they have review and approved documents, live chat then changed the reason to large queues and no timeframe.
I feel like my withdrawal is been held with no justification.
