Waiting for 4 months to get paid

I deposited on Casino Joy on the 20th November 2020 and won 7644gbp. I have complied with all of their verification including custom selfie with notes, proof of address, I'd and now have been waiting over 2 months for my money.

They simply keep replying to emails stating my account is under investigation.

Please find attached 4 emails all saying the same ranging back from January.
