TC Withdrawal Policy Breached

Dear Askgamblers,

Friday 2/7/2021, I made a deposit on Casino Joy, attached with a 100% deposit bonus.

I manage to complete the wager and mage a withdrawal of €82, since their withdrawal policy is 72h pending time, I have not received any e-mail or confirmation that my withdrawal has been processed.

also asked customer support about it and they reply me at the same time frame, since I did the withdrawal early at night the pending time has been expired. I have made a deposit with trustly and made the same withdrawal through trustly.

I am a verified user, I am not breaching any rules, I deposit money with my name on the transactions.

I would like to receive my funds within the time frame that they telling on their T&C.

Dear Askgamblers.

I don't know what happened but waking up this morning.

No message, no process, but when I checked my bank account my withdrawal was there?!
I do not know what CasinoJoy is doing but this is still not the way, it was nice that they told me that my account is verified and my withdrawal was processed.

I understand I get what I wanted, but it should be in a more friendly way, still, i thank casino joy for withdrawal my funds.

You can close my issue, but if casino joy wants to respond to this after what happened, they are free to do.

I want to add a couple more details.
There was a little process yesterday the 6th of june.

Since they have ignored me for 5 days to tell me that I had to send a bank statement of my last deposit.

I have been into their live support many times, and they have never coming to ask me about this document at all.
on the 5th of July, the live support even told me that my withdrawal would be processed by the end of the day, this didn't happen. I reffer you to the screenshot of Karl that is the second talk of the day about the state of my withdrawal.

I hope CasinoJoy is finally willing to pay me through out the help of askgamblers, because i am still not been paid.
we are currently at 144 hours of waiting time.
