Problem with bank withdrawal
Hi,
I have balance of 287,38€ and I can't complete withdrawal. I've tried to get my money since 27.5. When I add my IBAN/BIC (I have sent several screenshots of attempts via live chat and email), it tells "oh no.. we cant process your withdraw, please contact customer support.
First they told me to try to switch IBAN/BIC places on page - doesn't work, doesn't even go further (provided screenshots).
Then they told me to use the same bank account as I used with deposits - I've checked several times (also provided screenshots)
After this they told me to enter correct IBAN - tried this like 100 times (provided more screenshots)
I have also asked if some documents are needed - they told me not at this point.
I seem to have only bank/Mifinty available as withdrawal options(even though they advertise to have several different options to withdraw). I also tried to create Mifinity account, and they told me I can only use same withdraw option as I used to deposit. I used Brite to deposit.
For now I have contacted them over 10 times(via chat&email), and I get not any kind of answers from them. Only messages that "we are investigating and you are our to priority"...
Please help.
