Pending withdrawal of £2520

Hello
I made two withdrawal request on the 01/07, I did try to do documents before I deposited but it stated these were not required. I have sent all documents requested and more. I am still waiting to just get verified and I assuming there will also be a pending period also. This is not acceptable and shows a lack of respect for their customers. I have made contact on several occasions with no resolution. I only read the Many Many negative reviews after I registered, even after reading these I still had some hope that my case would be different. This would make me very special as I have not found anyone who has not had an issue. My partner's birthday on Friday so wanted to treat her.

I am awaiting one payment for £2000 and another for £520.
