Payment not processed after 72 hours passed
I had my account fully verified 72 hours ago and the casino has now advised they do not have a timeframe for the senior team to process the payment of £2,500 requested payout 25/07 updates new card never had a issue in the past. Ignoring my emails and the chat is a BOT. Complaints have advised they do not have a timeframe for the department dealing with it and they just ask me to be patient terms and conditions states 72 hours
