Delayed withdrawal yet again

Made a withdrawal on Friday 29th for £200

Currently on day 5 now of waiting, still not been processed. Been on live chat a number of times and keep getting told the same thing over and over - please wait we are having issues and we will email you. That's it.

Will definitely be closing my account after this issue is sorted.
