Delay in payment, nothing received

I made a withdrawal on the 20th of may 2021 of the amount 66.66 and I have not received any payment., and today is the 28th of may 2021.

There is no way to contact the casino to see what is happening. Their live support is a bot which sends you round in circles and there phone lines always say nobody is available to take your call right now. How can a casino operate with no correspondence and no way of getting in contact?

I have received no emails or any thing to say. I need to verify my account so I don’t know why they are delaying my payment. They said I should receive my payment within 72hours of when I made the withdrawal. This site needs to be looked at and sorted please can you help?

Yes it has been paid finally but the time span from saying 72 hours to now it’s rediculous and the no support is infuriating you need to stop using automated bots and start having some human support
