Delay in payment, nothing received
I made a withdrawal on the 20th of may 2021 of the amount 66.66 and I have not received any payment., and today is the 28th of may 2021.
There is no way to contact the casino to see what is happening. Their live support is a bot which sends you round in circles and there phone lines always say nobody is available to take your call right now. How can a casino operate with no correspondence and no way of getting in contact?
I have received no emails or any thing to say. I need to verify my account so I don’t know why they are delaying my payment. They said I should receive my payment within 72hours of when I made the withdrawal. This site needs to be looked at and sorted please can you help?
