Approving withdrawal delay misleading support help
I made a withdrawal of £4300 after signing up to the site, this was won with cash as the bonus from my deposit was cancelled to make this withdrawal. When I made the withdrawal I was asked for verification documents which took over 3 days to be verified and many live chats with agents to speed it up. I was then asked for a further KYC document holding a note and ID which I completed which also took over the time length and I had to go through many live chat agents to get verified. I had been told once this was verified my payment was to be approved at high priority right away.
This did not happen and after speaking to a live agent he made it a high priority with management and told me that it should for certain be approved for process of withdrawal by 12pm the next day and if not to go to the live chat and an agent would do this manually as he could not as it was too late. I have the transcript of this.
I have sent this transcript to agents 2 days in a row after not receiving any email of approval and they can give no help and claim misleading information when I feel this is just delay tactics to pay the money out as was the same lengthy process to verify my documents.
I have gone through the process which took ages for verification and as told by a live agent it should be approved at that time and was not and no further agent can help I am reaching out to this site to help get this sorted as I expect further delays more than likely.
